Enhanced DBS Checks
Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service checks, formerly known as CRB checks, are completed as part of our recruitment process.
Health Declaration
A full health declaration is completed to help ensure carers are fit and suitable to safely carry out their care responsibilities.
Working History & References
We review full working history and complete detailed reference checks before confirming suitability for a care role.
Annual Regulatory Reviews
Annual reviews with relevant regulatory bodies help ensure ongoing fitness for practice and professional standards.
Ongoing Support, Supervision And Development
We provide regular supervision for all of our care workers, including recorded one-to-one meetings every twelve weeks, observations and annual appraisals. This ensures our care workers continuously advance their skills while continuing to deliver an excellent standard of care.
